Poetry 3/23/11

I really liked having Mr.Ott Sub for English class today because he inspired me to get ideas for The poetry Project coming up. I leanred about Free verse poetry and that a good poet always embeds rhymes in his writing, I really liked the poem about dead people waching you from the bottom of a glass boat in Heavn, that was a really good metaphore. It was really cool to have a diffrent teacher that teaches at a Jr. College.

The amount of artwok in this short movie was insane, I really liked in the first part when the music was playing and the wind was blowing on the trees, also including a nice sunset. I liked how the music fitted with the story the whole time. The sory was very interesting and it fits its title very well, the man does get a "second wind" because he dies and then comes back to life but the gian cat has to blow on the wind mill.  It's really cool that most of this was hand drawn and I hope that someday I will be able to do something similar.
